Refund Policy - the basics
At Vendhippy Ventures, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refund requests must first be reviewed and approved by Vendhippy Ventures before the item is returned. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period. Please note that items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or items marked as final sale may not be eligible for refunds. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
